A erobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines to improve and strengthen an individual's entire cardiovascular system- heart, lungs, and blood vessels- through regular aerobic activities. It uses your large muscle groups. It is rhythmic in nature and can be maintained continuously for a few minutes. Hence, aerobic is a system of physical conditioning that increases the efficiency of the body's intake of oxygen, thereby stimulating the cardiovascular system, developing endurance, and reducing body fat.
